Spicy Oregano Rice

Ingredients:

2 cups white jasmine rice

4 cups water

2 tsp of dried oregano 

1 tsp chili flakes

pinch of salt & pepper

Instructions:

  • Rinse rice under cold water twice.

  • Add water to a pot and place over high heat. 

  • Bring water to boil. Then add rice carefully and the seasoning.

  • Reduce heat to low and simmer for 18 minutes. 

  • Remove from heat and uncover. 

  • Rest for 5 minutes and serve.
