Spicy Oregano Rice
Ingredients:
2 cups white jasmine rice
4 cups water
2 tsp of dried oregano
1 tsp chili flakes
pinch of salt & pepper
Instructions:
Rinse rice under cold water twice.
Add water to a pot and place over high heat.
Bring water to boil. Then add rice carefully and the seasoning.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 18 minutes.
Remove from heat and uncover.
Rest for 5 minutes and serve.
